Setting an example
The people you employ are perhaps your greatest asset. Looking after their interests and making the most of their abilities takes time, consideration, and sometimes a little diplomacy. It also takes a thorough understanding of their needs and their legal rights.
But there's a great deal more to personnel management than contractual obligations. Equal opportunities, induction procedures, even how you interview candidates can all have a profound influence on how your staff regard you as an employer.
Which is where Carleton Risk Management can make all the difference!
Understanding the Law
The rights of employees can be an emotive subject. But Employment Law is a matter of hard fact. New legislation is constantly being introduced to protect employees, not least by directives from the European Community that effect businesses across member states, including this country.
Giving you complete peace of mind
Best of all, your business will have immediate telephone access to a specialist providing advice 24 hours a day, right through the year. For your protection, this service is backed by an indemnity covering the cost of tribunal representation.
For the complete personnel service, you'll find it pays to talk to Carleton Risk Management.
